Introduction

Once a report has been created, each report can be set to automatically update at a set interval, to capture any changes that may have been made to the Makersite model the report is based on during that time.

Overview

Step 1

Navigate to the 'Pivot Manager' in the 'Business' section of the 'Makersite apps' on the Makersite Dashboard.

Once the 'Pivot Manager' App page is open, select the App dropdown in the top left corner of the screen.

Then select the 'Report History' App.

Step 2

Once the 'Report History' page is open, the Auto-update status can be reviewed & adjusted.

Each report can also be 'Frozen', which immediately disables any Auto-updates that are set.

To set the Auto-update status, double click in the row of the report you wish to set, in the 'Auto-update Status' column. You will then have the option to select the interval at which the report will Auto-Update, the interval can be set to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or No.

To freeze a report, select the snow flake symbol on the row of the report you would like to freeze. The snow flake symbol is located to the left of the row, next to the edit pencil, share, delete & approve buttons.

Freeze can be toggled on & off.

Downloading Reports

To download any of the reports from the 'Report History' page, right click on the row of the report you would like to download, select 'Export To' from the popup menu, then select the download format from the list, CSV Export, Excel Export (.xlsx), or Excel Export (.xml).

The report will then download in your browser window, & will be saved in your local downloads folder.
