How to setup, review, & reply to a CO2 Questionnaire

Introduction

A CO2 Questionnaire is used by a supplier to submit corporate or site related CO2 data to their customer.

The supplier is guided directly to the questionnaire where they are requested to fill in information about the product.

Overview

Sign in to Makersite

Reply to a request.

Step 1

After receiving the information request email please use the link to the request in the email and sign up to Makersite.

Once signed up you can log in to the system and you will be directed to the dashboard.

Already existing users receiving a new request are not required to do step 1 and 2, but are forwarded to the questionnaire directly from the email link.

Step 2

The Information Request app is located in the 'Additional Makersite tools' on the Makersite Dashboard.

Once you have selected the app from the list, an overview page will open, this is where any existing requests will be shown.

Incoming Requests

This is where any requests from other users will be shown.

To the right of each row, information about when the request was submitted & it's status is shown.

Outgoing Requests

This is where any requests from your user account will be shown.

Step 4

To fill out the request, select the required request from the list.

Once the request page is open, you may scroll down & fill out the fields

for (1)

  • 'Revenue',

  • 'GHG Impact',

  • 'Electricity',

  • 'Heat', & 'Fuels'.

When data is entered into a field or edited, it is automatically saved.

The request can only be submitted once all data fields are entered.

Step 5

When you are finished (all fields need to be answered), scroll to the top of the page & click on the 'Submit' button in the toolbar (2).

This will update the request status for the requester, who can then review the data submitted.
