Report Purpose

Scope 3 analysis tracks environmental impacts across the entire supply chain of a company. It is very tricky to get it right immediately, as you need data related to transactions between suppliers. The data enrichment process upon importing data in the form of large BOMs/transaction files may result in weight or impact discrepancies, which you can find in this report and trace the problem to a specific object in Makersite.

Prerequisites

Import your product and supplier data into Makersite.

Run Scope 3 QA Report

From the home page, go to Makersite Apps > Business > Pivot Manager > Supplier Scope 3 QA Report.
Select the Company you want to run the report for.
Enter the dates defining the period you want to check.
Optionally, select Run in the background and save. In this case, your report will be queued and you will get an e-mail with a link once it's ready.
Once the Company and dates are set, click Create. When ready, your report shows comprehensive information about SKUs involved in the supply chain transactions, including the weights, impacts, and associated process inputs.

Buyer Site	Site buying the SKU
Seller Site	Site selling the SKU
SKU	SKU name
SKU RID	SKU ID
Product Group	Product Group to which the SKU belongs
Product Group RID	Product Group RID
Amount	Amount of SKUs in a transaction
Unit	Weight unit for the SKU
Unit Weight (kg)	Weight of one SKU unit expressed in kg
Total Weight (kg)	Total weight of SKUs in the transaction expressed in kg
MPN	SKU MPN
Part Number	SKU Part Number
CAS Number	SKU CAS Number (relevant for chemicals)
GUID	SKU Globally Unique ID
Impact Type	BOM/Local/AI - in that order of preference, similar to Site Impact Report BOM - impact comes from a Bill of Materials attached to the SKU Local - impact is calculated by Makersite based on the geography of the sites and the Process of this SKU's Product Group
