Introduction
The CO2 Questionnaire Pivot Report can be used to quickly search for specific or all CO2 questionnaires that have been sent or received using Makersite.

Overview
Step 1
From the Dashboard, navigate to the 'Business Apps' menu & select the 'Pivot Manager' app from the pop up.
Step 2
Select the 'CO2 Questionnaire Report' from the list.
Step 3
Once the report page is open, the tool panel on the right can be filled in;
Note: If the 'Site or Company' field is left blank, but the 'Year' field is filled in, then creating the report will list ALL CO2 reports available.
Site or Company:
This is the name of a specific Site or Company dataset that has been created or imported in Makersite. Typing in the field will produce a list of search results that can be selected from.
Year:
This will filter the results by the year in which the questionnaires were created.
Click on the blue 'Create' button & the results will populate on the page to the left of the tool panel.
