Procurement Access Management
Mattermaps Premium allows Company Admins to create "Dedicated Access" groups to define who can see which components in Mattermaps. The information and tasks of all Material Categories are accessible to all Procurement Managers or LCA Experts by default.
By adding Dedicated Access, you can limit access to selected Material Categories, ensuring only assigned users can access them.
This can be done in the Configure Settings. Go to your Configuration Settings > expand the Procurement section > you will be able to see the Procurement Access Management option.
To add dedicated access, start by creating a name for the access group, which may coincide with the Material Category name, up to you. After naming the group, select the desired Material Category from the dropdown list, which have already been created. You'll then see a list of all users who currently have access. From this list, choose the individuals who only need permission to view these particular material categories. Once you've made your selections, add the users to finalize their access rights.

Product Access Management
Mattermaps Premium allows Company Admins to create "Dedicated Access" to define who can see which products in Mattermaps. The information and tasks of all Product Families are accessible to all Product Managers or LCA Experts by default.
This was previously known as "Business Units", which now migrated into the Product Access Management section.
Product Families need to be added first, this needs to be done by either the Company Admin or Product Manager.
