Revoking Access to a Technical User
Company Admins play a crucial role in maintaining the security and integrity of your Companies' data. They are responsible for managing access privileges and ensuring that only authorized technical users can interact with your data and systems.
As a security measure you can revoke access of technical users connected to your system if you detect any type of suspicious activity or a data breach or leakage. This can help mitigate the risk of unauthorized access, data theft, or other malicious activities that could lead to a data breach or leakage.
Here are the steps:
- Navigate to Configure > API Management section.
- Search for the Technical User (TU) for which you believe there is suspicious activity.
- Click on the three buttons menu on the right.
- Click revoke.
- The technical user will immediately loose access to the systems connected, and it's status will change to suspended.

Granting Access to a Suspended Technical User
- If you'd like to regenerate the Client Id and Client Secret for that technical user, you can then click grant access.
- Copy the new ClientID and ClientSecret and update your applications
- Remember to safely store this information as you will nee to renew it again if lost.
