User Profile settings

If you would like to change your profile settings, you can do that by clicking on your avatar then "Profile Settings". You can change the platform language on this page as well.

In this page you can customize whether you would like to receive email notifications, such as PCF requests or reminders about tasks. These are individual settings only applicable to the user.

How to contact a company admin & support

Simply click on your your avatar and choose "Contact Support" option to send an email to our Service Team. Please be as detailed as possible when sending questions or requests.

You can also reach out and "Contact Admin" for any specific questions or requests to your Company Admin.

 
 

How to access the user guide

Access to user guides

From your avatar you can access the user guides and FAQ. By clicking on this option you will be directed to our knowledge base with useful guides and an FAQ.

 
 

Plans and Pricing

You can now directly access the Mattermaps plans and pricing within the platform via the Avatar menu. Simplifying the process of checking plan details and exploring upgrade options.

All users, including company admins, can view this option. Company admins can turn this feature on or off as needed.

The menu showcases the assigned plan along with the included features, and tooltips offer additional insights about each feature. You can compare the Free, Advanced, Premium, and Enterprise plans to make well-informed decisions. You can easily add plans to your company's cart and finalize purchases on the Plans & Pricing page, which directs you to the SDEX environment.

The Contact Us option allows users to send messages to the support team for assistance.
